With a career in the mortgage industry stretching over 17 years, Ritchie became extremely well versed in all aspects of the mortgage process, from the receiving of the loan application to assisting with closing of the loan itself, this hands on approach provides Ritchie with a complete understanding of the mortgage industry. Ritchie prides himself on the ability to provide the best in customer service for all his clients ensuring each individual is matched with the best product for their needs.
His success in his first mortgage position has catapulted him to various sales and upper management positions. Ritchie has been responsible for numerous sales teams in Wholesale Divisions across 15 states, including North and South Carolina. It is because of Ritchie’s success as a top producer & ability to manage large pipelines that he became CEO of a Charlotte-based mortgage company. This position allowed him an opportunity to maintain established professional relationships and the unique opportunity to form relationships with new lenders and customers in the marketplace. His success and experience continues to increase his credibility and help him build a steadfast and strong relationship with customers, brokers and lenders across the United States.
Currently, Ritchie is the Regional Sales Manager for Monarch Mortgage’s North and South Carolina division. Consistent, firsthand experience during every change the mortgage industry has encountered over the past 17 years has provided him with a vast knowledge of all mortgage aspects, and equips Ritchie with the tools to help build your American dream!
