Ritchie began his career in the mortgage industry in 1994 as a Loan Officer, where he became extremely well versed in all aspects of the mortgage process, from the receiving of the loan application to assisting with closing of the loan itself. This position not only provided Ritchie a complete understanding of the mortgage industry, but also held him responsible for sales and service of various mortgage plan options including FHA, VA, Conventional and Non-Conforming loans.
His success in his first mortgage position has catapulted him to various sales and upper management positions ever since. Ritchie has been responsible for numerous sales teams in Wholesale Divisions across 15 states, including North and South Carolina. He has been solely responsible for managing a pipeline in excess of $2.3 million, was named Top Producer for two consecutive years with an average sales volume of $2.5-3 million per month, and became CEO of a Charlotte-based mortgage company, which allowed him an opportunity to maintain a professional relationship to establish new Lenders and customers in the marketplace. This continued success and experience has increased his credibility and helped him build a steadfast and strong relationship with customers, brokers and Lenders across the United States.
Currently, Ritchie is the Regional Sales Manager for Monarch Mortgage’s North and South Carolina division. Consistent, firsthand experience during every change the mortgage industry has encountered over the past 15 years has provided him with a vast knowledge of all mortgage aspects, and equips Ritchie with the tools to help build your American dream!
