OBX Bank, is pleased to announce a new division within the Company – OBX Bank Mortgage. Margaret Wells has joined OBX Bank Mortgage as vice president. Well’s presence and familiarity with the Outer Banks market will be a tremendous asset for OBX Bank’s growing mortgage division. Wells has been in the mortgage and banking business for more than 30 years. She is a board member for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Outer Banks Hospital Development Council and on the Interfaith Community Outreach Board.
