I started in the housing industry in 1976 and worked as a Realtor from 1976 to 1995. During that time I managed a real estate office and listed and sold many homes in the Maryland area. I was an Associate Broker for most of that time, and I witnessed many changes in the real estate industry. For the last 6 years I also ran a home-building business, and was also active in residential land development. I feel that my experience in these various aspects of the housing industry enables me to bring a broader perspective to my mortgage financing and to better assist my customers.
Since 1995 I’ve been exclusively working in the mortgage industry, and have worked for several major lenders both as a loan officer and branch manager. I’ve chosen to work with Monarch Mortgage because of the many advantages that I can offer my customers and Realtors.
