She is well respected in the mortgage community and is known for being extremely knowledgeable in her field. Charlotte is consistently ranked among the most productive loan officers (always in the top 10%) and was named to the 2010 Presidents Club by Monarch Mortgage. Prior to joining Monarch, Charlotte was ranked 13th in the nation at National City/PNC Mortgage.

In her leisure time Charlotte and her husband Don can be found riding bikes on the boardwalk or enjoying the beach at the North End. Their daughter Nell is completing her Master’s Degree at SMU in Dallas, Texas and Charlotte and Don hope she returns to this area upon graduation. In Nell’s absence, they keep quite busy taking care of “the girls” – Riley and Hannah- their darling Yorkie puppies.
