Robert G. Walker (Bob) is a resident of Nags Head, NC and has been a property owner on the Outer Banks for Nearly 30 years. Bob Graduated from Southern Methodist University, Dallas Texas with a BBA degree and earned his MBA from Monmouth University. In 1995 Bob founded Carolina State Mortgage Corporation based in Nags Head and operated there through mid-2010. During that time he was recognized as “Broker of the Year” by the North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals for his work with industry and state government representatives during the formulation of the Predatory Lending and Mortgage Lending Act. Bob lives with his wife of 38 years, Debbie, a Dare County school teacher.
